Where she showed us certain moves but we had to give her our ALL. Every little bit of energy that I had I tried to put into that damn Fire Drill. I wasn't dripping sweat by the time I was done, but I was so out of breath. My face was red for over an hour. I went and visited my sister, her husband and their kids. And while I was there, I was still dying of heat from working out and I had taken a cold shower before I came over.
All I can say is that if I keep this up and start watching what I eat. I will definitely start to see some changes. =]
And I took a picture of the scale after wards, yes I know I won't miraculously lose weight after I work out but I wanted to see how much I weighed today and I could keep track of it from here on out. So as of Today this is what I weigh -
So my Goal Weight will be around 140-150. I don't need to lose so much weight as it is just losing this flab and toning my stomach up. But here on out, I will be keeping track of how I am doing with my weight! And Working out every day!
