Health And Exercising!

Well today was going to be the first day that my sister and I were going to work out and then once again, it didn't happen. So I took her Turbo Fire case of workout CD's home with me and figured I can work out at home then. I definitely know it's going to be hard to get me to get motivated to do this but I am tired of being over weight. And most people tell me I'm not over weight, I'm just out of shape.

How can you be out of shape... if you've never been in shape? My sister said that and I totally agree with her. I've never been in shape -- NEVER. I've always been a fat kid since I was like 8 years all the way up to today. I may not be as "fat" as I was before, but I definitely could be skinnier and healthier. I'm tired of this flab hanging off of my stomach, I still get people asking me when I'm due. If I'm seriously SO fat that people think I'm pregnant... I need to do something about it.

But this is sitting on my desk and I guess it can kind of be my motivation if I keep looking at it

I see her pictures and I WISH I could be like Chalene Johnson. I love her so much, she's so gorgeous and outgoing. I just wish I could be like that and be just as healthy as her.

Quite the lovely scene I'm sure. I'm not trying to gross you out with these delightful pictures! But as you can see all my weight is in my stomach. My legs and arms are all right, though they could use some toning up. But most of the damage is in my stomach region and I know that is the most UNHEALTHY area on the body to have fat. SO I am determined to get rid of this belly and the back fat. =]

I will be starting my work out tomorrow once I am off of work. I'll check in after the work out and give ya some sweaty details! ;D
